Interview Prep. via Case Studies

I hope you all had a great weekend and that nobody had to deal with the below…

We signed the lease to our new place and I find myself wondering why getting a job can’t be as easy as walking into a home, liking it, being liked by the owners and signing the lease.  Which has brought me to explore a new way of prepping for an interview.  I have always enjoyed reading case studies about companies so I have decided to explore this avenue a little more.

Everyone can read about a company on their website but I think that you get a better feel for the culture, history and overall brand by reading a case study.  Case in point, I came across one that gives an outline of the threat of substitution, risk for rivalry, buyer power, so on and so forth.  This is the kind of information that actually sticks in my head and this is the best way I learn.

I hope this new tactic works for me and you!

What did you do today?
